please help its been  like 5 months since I've  filled Amendment  and I haven't hard anything  if they receive  or if I missing  something and it's in possible for  me  to  get a live agent  please  help .

Did you print, sign and mail your amended tax return?  An amended return cannot be e-filed--it must be mailed, and it is a good idea to use a mailing service such as UPS or certified mail so you can track it and know it was received.

It takes at least four months for an amended return to be processed.  About three weeks after mailing it you can check here:
