My Amended 2014 form 1040 filed on Turbotax does not appear..

I filed an amended 1040 for 2014 using turbotax  but I cannot find it on my account.  The last time I had this problem, someone found it on a different, higher grade, account under my name.  Help. Irs wants copies.

Thanks but IRS only provides originally filed 1040. I filed a 1040X amended using turbotax and need a copy of the amended return which is housed on Turbotax on a different account of mine. It was found last year by your people. Help
