My 2024 tax return was filed on 1/31 & accepted. I haven’t received refund. Turbo tax emailed today said I never filed my 2024 taxes but my turbo tax account says I did

When I log in to turbo tax it says that I filed & was accepted so I am thrown off by that email and I’m lost and I just need my tax return

What is the exact wording at the Tax Home--accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?   If the Tax Home in Online TurboTax says it was accepted, what is showing at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?  Does it show up there?  Is there any message?

Here are some tips when using that tool:

• Be sure you enter the correct tax year, SSN, and filing status.
• Be sure you are using only the Federal refund amount.   Do not include any state refund or any total refund or net refund (Fed and State) that TurboTax may have provided on a summary screen.  
• Look at your actual Federal return to get the Federal refund amount to use in the tool, i.e., your Form 1040, Line 35a.
