My 2018 unfiled return is not accessible online but I need to file

So, I failed to finish my 2018 return by October because I was having difficulty obtaining some documents.  Aside from 2 minor documents, my return was ready to file as soon as I was able to.  Today, I logged back on but now I cannot access my 2018 return to complete.  The message board seems to allude to my being able to complete it now or even access all the work I've done.  How can I get all the work I did on TurboTax online?  How can I then file my 2018 return with the work I completed online?  Thank you.

Online preparation and e-filing have been closed since October 15.  If you have more information to enter to your return, you have to download desktop software to a full PC or Mac and finish the return, then print, sign and mail it.

 If you already paid for your TurboTax software, you can contact customer support to push a download of the software to you.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
