My 2018 Tax Return does not reflect the changes from the amended return. How can I make that happen? I want to avoid any mistakes next year.

Are you saying that you filed an original 2018 tax return with TurboTax and then you amended the return with TurboTax? Then the copy of your tax information will be updated in the IRS computers. And when you do your 2019 tax return with TurboTax, your changes will be carried forward to your return.

Are you worried that the pdf of your 2018 tax return doesn't show your changes? Don't worry; it won't. Instead, the information has been submitted to the IRS, and next year, it will all work out. The changes are with the 1040X in the Print Center in TurboTax, and they won't be integrated into your 1040 forms, but the IRS has the data.
