Missing Tax return status

I filed my return the first week of February was accepted same night but has been past 21 days I cannot use irs tracking tool it says my return information is incorrect which I have checked over. I have also used turbotax before with direct deposit no issues

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.  

Your federal refund amount is on line 35a of your Form 1040

Texas doesn't have separate state taxes

@Brrbrry Okay,  You do not have a state refund to worry about.   You do have to enter your own federal refund amount correctly---it has to be the amount from line 35a of your Form 1040.  Do not try to use the amount that would subtract TurboTax fees.
