I agree. I felt like I was completely played and the fact that I was to be charged one price just to find out that there was a another charge doubling it for handling fees? And apparently nothing got handled because I still don't have my advance and hit it it's been more than a week. I feel that they suckered everybody this year and only a handful got their advance And even theirs was several days before getting them. This one hour promise is nothing but a bunch of con games.

 Very disappointing. I have always trusted Turbo tax and I have had a profile with credit karma for years.. Very very disappointed in both companies.

 Come on guys! Get it together or you're going to lose hundreds if not thousands of customers over this.

I am anxious and annoyed ! I am disappointed with the number of people impacted by this! I don’t intend to be  TurboTax customer next year and I would not ,will not recommend anyone use this service.  TurboTax and Credit Karma epic fail guys!!!  Not good business at all.

I appreciate the reply but I would greatly appreciate a deposit.  We ( I think I can speak for the group) are growing impatient btw…. This is impacting lives not just about the money. It’s not a good way to build trust with your customers.

After getting approved for $3,000 and making arrangements on bills that I thought we're going to get paid and now I'm stuck looking like a fool with all these bills and no money to pay them. Plus I'm in Jeopardy of losing my car because of this **bleep**. SMH

Filed feb. 2nd at 9:30 pm, just now got accepted and got my advance immediately after acceptance. Don't lose hope! Maybe they're finally sorting this thing out!
