Missing money

I filed with you guys using the free service. I tried to get an advance loan and was denied. I’m missing 174.14 from my return. TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC deposited my return so when I called Turbo Tax to ask, the agent I spoke to informed me that they take fees. I was completely under the impression that it was a free service. I work hard for my money and don’t appreciate being swindled by your affiliates. I’d like the remaining money deposited. This is shady. I’ve heard of the shadiness, but this time, I’ve actually experienced it.
