I already filed my tax return for 2022, and realized I forgot to put that I had Medicaid insurance along with my health marketplace insurance. Do I need to amend? Will that make a difference on my return? I'm getting back less this year for having my health marketplace insurance.

If you entered all the information from your 1095-A and did not receive an additional 1095-A for the Medicaid insurance there is no need to amend. Medicaid Insurance would be listed as additional health insurance in the medical section of Schedule A, Itemized Deductions. If you did not have enough deductions to itemize there is no need to consider an amended return.
I received a 1095-B for my medicaid after I filed. Since it’s not a 1095-A I should be good then right?
Yes, you are good. You don't need to include that information from the 1099-B in your tax return.
