Marked deceased

Hi i just noticed my turbotax forms marked as deceased. But they are already filed and accepted. I did not mark someone died. How do i fix this?

Sorry i need ro amend that statement. On the form it says death certificate enclosed. And i looked back it said it on my 2018 turbotax forms as well. I still did not say someone died.
