Lost my debit card but need the card numbers to transfer money to another account?

Not sure how you think TurboTax can help.  You have not mentioned what kind of debit card you lost.   Was it a Credit Karma card or some other kind of card?

If this is a card you have used to receive a refund as a direct deposit, the numbers may be on the page of filing instructions that print out with the pdf of the tax return.  If you lost your card---you need to report to the bank that it was lost.   You cannot change how you want to receive your refund after you file your tax return.  The IRS does not allow that.
