Looking for my tax returns from 2017

How did you prepare your 2017 returns?  Was it in Online TurboTax?  

Did you already start a 2018 return?  If the 2017 return was prepared online, is the 2017 return not in that same account you are using for 2018 when you go to the Tax Home and look in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents?"

If not, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts to find an online 2017 return.

Normally, to find and access multiple accounts one would use the Account Recovery tool below.  But since you aren't using the same phone and email address to search on, you can try a different way.

You can still go to the same page (the link below) but leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop.  Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below.  You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.
