1040 line 21 is blank? Why do you think it should have a refund? Is there an amount on line 20? What line is the amount on? Did it get applied to 2020 on line 22? Or do you have a Tax Due on line 23?

Why did I receive my Oregon refund without my kicker? I received my overpayment refund of $82 as seen on line 41 of my OR-40 but not the kicker listed as $3431 on line 32
