Line 21 on what form? Line 513 on what form? What does "blank refund due" refer to?

1040 line 21 is blank? Why do you think it should have a refund? Is there an amount on line 20? What line is the amount on? Did it get applied to 2020 on line 22? Or do you have a Tax Due on line 23?
