I received a k-1 after I filed. All amounts are $0 and 0%. It is for the company I joined last year and part of the profit share program (LLC). I entered the form and none of my tax amounts changed. Do I need to file an amended return anyway? If so, do I also need to file an amended state return for Minnesota?

If all amounts are 0 on your K-1, you do not need to report it. And you do not need to amend your Federal or State return.
