Last year turbo tax imported my information into a Grand Rapids city tax return form. I don't see that as an option this year. Is it available?

Yes -TurboTax will help you prepare the Grand Rapids city return as part of your Michigan return.

If you are still working on your MI return:

1. As you go through your MI return, you will see a screen, Which Cities Did You Live or Work In?  Select Grand Rapids from the list in the box and click Continue. 
2. Once you have completed your Michigan state return, TurboTax will ask you if you live or work in any of the cities that have local income taxes. Mark the box for Grand Rapids (if it isn't already marked].  
3. Continue through the screens, entering the requested information.
4. At the end you will be given mailing instructions for your city tax return.  

Please keep in mind that you will have to print out and mail your city return.  TurboTax will give you the address.

If you have already completed your MI return:

1. Go back into your MI return Michigan taxes are ready for us to check, click the Edit box next to Other Situations.  
2. On the screen A few things before we wrap up your state taxes, click on the Start/Revisit box next to Michigan City Tax Returns.  
3. Proceed with Step 2, in the first section.

Can I go back into my tax returns to print the city return once they have been efiled?

To go back into your state return, click Add a State (even though you're not adding one) and then click on State Tax in the black bar on the left.

Thank you TurboTaxIrene!  I was able to print the GR City Return after the Fed and State were filed.  Much appreciated!
