Last year'sTax Info did not match. I selected 'Did not file last year' Note : I did refund with RTTAX last year, but I havent get my refund yet

Last year I did tax refund with RTTAX,but I havent get my return yet. and there's not any update from them. And I want to cancel them and do the refund with TurboTax instead.In the "Last year's Tax info" section I selected 'Did not file last year'. and the system keep saying it does not match. I want to know what to do to get my tax refund process go on. I'm running out of time Please tell me what to do Thank you

Most likely, the software is asking if you filed last year so you can retrieve your AGI.  This will likely be during the filing process (under the File tab).

Your AGI is required by the IRS if you plan to efile.  If you do not know your AGI or do not have a copy of your prior year's return, you can choose to file by mail.  This will allow you to bypass questions about your AGI.

If you do have access to your prior year's returns, it's a simple matter to find your AGI.
