Last year I paid for my taxes, but this year i can do 1040EZ. Why won't turbo let me do this?

Last year I paid for my taxes, but this year i can do 1040EZ. Why won't turbo let me do this?

I am including the contact information for the TurboTax customer service.  They will be able to give you a service code that will get you the free version.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/ 

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.

Or if you want to go through the hassle of a phone tree to get the same results as using the contact website then use this phone number and select TurboTax - [removed]
