Its been 83 hours since transmitted. No rejection or acceptance??

So this year I filed my personal LLC(first year) W2 & k1(first year). I filed the partnership business with the partnership business email. & Filed The personal LlC,w2 , & k1 on my personal email. Its been 83 hours since transmitted. What's going on.
