Its been 21 days since the irs accepted my return their wheres my refund page just says check back mid to late February, would it tell me if there was an issue or not?

You can watch the refund site for messages.  TurboTax gets no information after you file your return.  Do you have EIC or additional child tax credit on your return?  If so, you are subject to the PATH delay.

If you are getting earned income credit on line 27 or additional child tax credit on line 28 You are subject to the delay required by the PATH act.  Do not expect your refund earlier than late February.
