It upgraded without cause and won't let me change back. What can I do?

To downgrade from Deluxe to the Federal Free Edition, you will need to sign into your TurboTax account, get into your return, go to My Account and Clear and Start Over. You will be put back into the free version, but you will need to input your information in again.
