I assume you mean a Federal tax refund.  Did you efile the return?  If so, was the efile accepted?   Approximately 24-48 hours after efiling, you should have received an email stating if it was accepted or rejected, or you could have checked in your online TurboTax account (you can still check there, and we can give you instructions to do so.)   If accepted for processing, what do you see when you use the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

See what is displayed there about your refund.   Is there any message?

If that tool shows it's still processing, we can tell you how to phone the IRS to see if you can get information.  If unsuccessful with the IRS, we can tell you how to phone the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service, who are most likely to assist you if you have an economic hardship.
