It’s been 6 weeks and my state refund is still processing. Why is it taking so long?

We can't tell you anything else. Once you transmit your return, it's in the IRS' or state's hands; TurboTax has no control over IRS or state processing times. Only the state can tell you why it's taking so long -- and since I hear Boston was snowed in, good luck getting a Massachusetts state tax agent even on Monday.
