It has been 21 days since my taxes were accepted, IRS says pending. What is going on with my refund?

As of today I'm at 30 days of still waiting TurboTax says that my taxes were accepted but the IRS site says that it is still pending.not able to get a hold of anyone through the IRS calling the phone number either not sure what's going on but it's very frustrating

The IRS processes your refund. If your refund included earned income credit, additional child tax credit, or stimulus, your refund will be delayed. See Why is my IRS refund taking longer than 21 days?
