It depends, you will only receive a refund if the tax paid from W-2 income or estimated tax payments made throughout the year, is more than the taxes owed.  To enter in TurboTax, you can begin your return in the Free Edition, however, as you answer questions you will be directed to the TurboTax Self-Employed version where you will enter your business income and expenses.  To learn more about being self-employed, please read the following Self-Employed Income and Expense.
