Is there anyone else wait for taxes past 21 days? And has direct deposit?

I filed on January 21st via Turbotax Efile with direct deposit and it was accepted on Feb 10th and nothing yet. I have checked the status on the irs.gov and it says "still being processed".

My tax refund deposit was shorted by over a 1,000. I have confirmed with the irs that they did send the full amount, but I am getting run around w/ getting this resolved
