I'm pretty sure the reasoning  behind it was that the bank account I used was my step brothers with different last name and it got flagged but I Need to know if I'm still able to obtain. It and how

I would create an account with the IRS to see what they are asking of you. If you need a copy of the return you filed: 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Choose the year you want to print.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
