Is there a way to get a card reissued for a tax return I never received?

What card are you referring to?  Who was supposed to be the issuer of the card?

If you requested a Refund Advance or selected to have your refund sent to a Credit Karman Money checking or savings account, then you should have received a  Credit Karma Visa Debit Card.  If this is the case then go to the Credit Karma support website for assistance - https://support.creditkarma.com/s/newcase
