If you have the TT fees withheld from your federal refund you can get the card ... this will cost you $40 ... so if you do not have any TT fees to pay I suggest you get a prepaid debit card from the local store to use for only $5

I have not received my state refund. The state return says ready to mail, the documnets section says, federal accepted and state shows printed. Can someone help me?
