Is there a resolution for our stole refunds??

plenty of people are missing money from their refunds but I don’t see anything being done about it. I will never file with Turbo Tax again. The IRS sent my refund and TURBOTAX AND TGP STOLE ALMOST 1400 DOLLARS. MONEY WITH MY NAME ON IT! $1400 TO FILE TAXES WHEN I COULD HAVE DONE IT FOR FREE?! THOUGHT I WAS SAVING TIME BY PAYING THE $255 FEE BUT INSTEAD THEYVTAKE $1370!! NO LUCK WITH CONTACTING ANYONE THEY JUST SEND U IN CIRCLES GIVE YOU AUTOMATED NUMBERS TO CALL! I WILL NOT STOP CALLING I WILL NOT STOP POSTING UNTIL I KNOW WHEN MY MONEY IS COMING. EVEN IF I HAVE TO START WRITING LETTERS TO THE IRS I WILL GET MY MONEY!!

NO! Turbotax didn't steal $1400.  when you did your return you did not indicate that you got the 3rd recovery rebate ($1400).   the IRS computers show you did.  so the IRS, NOT TURBOTAX, reduced your refund by $1400.  

if you didn't get that 3rd rebate your argument is with the IRS. Turbotax can do nothing.
