The refund is accurate if the user enters correct and complete information. The calculations are done based on the data that you entered. So ..... if you are not sure about the results you are seeing......first check all of your own entries and make sure you did not misplace zeros or decimals or have typos anywhere. Make sure you entered EVERYTHING. All of your W-2's and 1099's go on the same tax return--do not leave anything out.
