Is Tax Act 152 the same as the path act message?

@justneedhelpplea @damarcusjones28 Ok... So many people did not get the PATH message because it is "NEW" and by it being the first Year the IRS Tested the message with Random accounts... Now Random is a few million people but don't think you are among a small group that was left out... Millions were. Please Know that Today was a Successful day in releasing $$$ to millions of people that were waiting because of the New PATH Law. Today was the First Day and also a big TEST day for the IRS to see how this is going to work In the coming years. You not seeing the PATH message means nothing! Lol I tell people, Don't Worry until you have an IRS agent at your door!(never) Because even if your being audited that can take a year or sometimes a few weeks and it's not ALWAYS BAD.... You both from what I've read, will get more info on SATURDAY for sure(DDD/$$$). Keep your eyes on your Bank Accounts!!! Call or go online and check for "Pending Transactions" also check WMR, but Millions of people have 1 Bar, No Bars or No message at all and get their Returns and are out shopping or have paid bills and don't see any change until weeks later. Your Bank, Your Faith & Patience is Key here on out... Hang in there 🙂

Crazy here's a update I called today and the code for the ID check was still on later I get the letter to call called and found out the letter was sent and code put in place in error and I was never to call the rep who told me read it wrong it was a hold but due to me having the credits that was why I was just waiting for a refund date.

I received my state refund today but still says processing for federal. Anyone else having this?

Hi everyone, just wanted to let you guys know that I logged onto WMR just now and my refund had been approved and the bars had re-appeared with a refund date of 2-22-17! I filed 2-7-17 and claimed 1 child. Like many others, I also had just one bar until the path message and tax topic 152 came up followed by the still processing message yesterday. I'm hoping this means the end of all this confusion and misery is near for ALL of us!!!

I don't understand why its saying still processing when I was accepted on 2/2/17. I've had the tax topic 152 and the path act message then when 2/15/17 came it went back to still processing...I even ordered my transcripts and everything...so I'm not understanding what's the hold up I claim 2 kids the ones I gave birth too worked all my life and I'm not understanding....I don't have any error codes or anything prompting me to call them...I know one thing next year I'm not filing till mid March....they really dropped the ball on this one.....holding people up
