How is the card delivered? Do I have to sign it personally?

The Turbo Visa Debit Card is delivered via USPS mail and you shouldn't have to sign for it.

When I asked for a card replacement through my online account, it prompt me to check my mailing address. I entered a new one because I moved to another place, will my card arrive to the new mailing address I entered recently?
