Is my intuit turbo tax prepaid card through net spend? Im trying to find a place i can withdraw up to $3000 at a time, can somebody please tell me where I can do this?

Actually while choosing the pre paid card, it say's net spend. So people are thinking they are getting a netspend card, but in fact is getting more fees.
