Is it to late too qualify for the refund advance? if i file for free am i eligible for refund advance?

You can still request a refund advance as long as you have not filed your return yet even using the Free Edition.  You will be able to choose refund advance when you go through the steps to file your return, you will get to a screen that asks how do you want your refund, then you can choose the refund anticipation loan.
