Irs sent my refund on 04/29/2024 And I have not received it

TurboTax is still pending why when it's send out my refund

TurboTax never knows if the IRS has issued your refund.   The IRS provides no information to TT after you file your tax return.  And...you say the IRS issued it on 4-29.  The IRS advises you to allow 1-5 days for the refund to post to your account.

Turbotax's date is an estimate of 21 days from efiling. Actual refunds can take longer.

If it's the IRS allow 5 days for the financial institution to process/clear your refund assuming you did not elect to have Turbotax fees deducted.  If you did the refund first goes to a third-party bank to split between you and Turbotax which adds a few more days until you get it assuming you bank account and routing number were correct.
