IRS made changes

The IRS notified me that they had to make changes because I had missing social security numbers when I filed. Also said my name was incorrect but I know I checked it. The app wouldn’t let me continue without social security numbers so how did these go missing?

Are you sure they said that, or was it just one of many items on a list of generic possibilities?  But check with the Social Security Admin to make sure your name is spelled correctly in their records.
