I got a letter from the IRS stating that i am missing some refunds. What do i do

Missing Refunds?  What does it say exactly?  Maybe missing a W2 or 1099?  What CP or LTR number is up at the top?

I dont have the letter at this time but i do know it said that i am missing some refund .   are you able to look at my tax

No.  That is only between you and the IRS.  They don't tell Turbo Tax anything about your tax return.  Did they say they kept part of your refund or your tax return was missing something like a W2 or 1099?  Call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040.
