Irs code 420 and 424.

I recently saw a code 424 on my IRS transcripts. Prior to that, the code was 420. Today it's back to just 420. Anybody have a similar experience? Been waiting since mid January 2019.

Irs code 420 and 424.

Hi there!

 

Both codes are simply indicators of "Examination of Tax Return." No specific details are available other than that.
