IRS changed refund amount

The IRS changed the refund amount because of a credit applied from another tax year. How do I find that because TurboTax did not pick it up from last year's filing?

TurboTax would have no way to know that you had a tax credit from a previous tax year.

You had a credit from 2022?  Did they increase your 2023 refund?  What credit did you get?  There are lots of credits.  Did you apply part of your 2022 as an estimated payment to 2023?  Check 2022 1040 line 36.

Thanks to all for the speedy replies but I found the error in the overpayment on the 2022 estimated taxes.
