Irs cant find my federal return! Help!

      I called the irs and they said they have NO record of my federal tax return, even tho they accepted it on the 10th of February.... I cant even use where’s my refund bc it says wrong info put in and I know I put the right info in! My state was offset and they took $71, that was my whole state refund I got back and I only owed $100 to the general attorney office... the state offset said they didn’t mess with my federal and my transcripts don’t even show my 2020 filing either... I’d LOVE some answers from someone instead of the run around. The irs chick said have TurboTax resubmit my federal, but when I told TurboTax the lady said I didn’t need too bc it was accepted! Like what’s really going on right now? Bc I need my money bad right now!!

This is normal. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.
