Iowa State refund states my refund was issued but it is not deposited. Is there a wait time on direct deposits even though it states it was issued yesterday on 2/20/2020?

I have the same issue mine says the 19th though. .

It can usually take a few days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution. If it goes beyond 5 business days reach out to them.
