Invalid or missing information on Schedule 3.

TurboTax says my return has no errors but the return is rejected. The reason for rejection is: If there is a value for credit for repayment amount there must be a credit for repayment code.

Can you tell us which line on Schedule 3 this is referring to? If you can't tell from the message, tell us which line on Schedule 3 has an entry?

It seems to be line 12e but I only have an entry in line 1 which then is repeated in line 7.
