Incorrect return

Hello. My name is Daniel Conner. I was supposed to get $531 for my federal refund but only received $414. I was hoping to get a clear answer as to why. I know TurboTax took out fees but it was only supposed to be $78.

There was a service charge for using the Pay with Refund option which was $39. So your total charges would be $117 ($39*3). Deluxe edition $39, state tax program used with Deluxe $39, service charge for Pay with Refund $39
