Income's too low to require filing but doing so to obtain transcripts for Immigration purposes. Review page shows some forms not avail. When's the earliest we can file?

We just have basic income from Uber Eats (less than 5k) and are filing to get IRS transcripts asap for immigration purposes. I don't believe all these unavailable forms apply to us, just didn't want to wait if not necessary. The refunds don't matter to us as much as getting the transcripts by early to mid February. It shows we have to wait until the 14th for a couple of forms, until the 21st for Earned Income Credit and the 28th for 8895. Its the last one (8995) that has us concerned due to being so late. Is that form necessary for us all? Will we be able to file on the 28th and obtain electronic IRS transcripts soon after? Would really appreciate any advice/info about this. Thanks

The IRS should begin processing tax returns around January 27. As for the forms that aren't available, they should all become available by that date. However, even if not all forms are available you may still be able to file if you don't need any of the unavailable forms.
