How do I find form 8915B to add to my return on Turbo Tax?

My return is finished except for this?  I know that I have to send this by mail, but I wanted to fill it out on Turbo Tax.

For distributions that you're paying back over time, go into the 1099-R section, click Continue, and go until you reach the screen below.

In Turbo Tax Basic,it'll come up automatically, depending on how you answer the questions about your IRA distribution.

To get Form 8915B to show up in your Print menu, go through the IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) section till you get to the screen below.

Answer the following questions till you get to the end of the section.  If you go to Forms in the upper right-hand corner, you'll see it on the bottom of the left-hand side,

I don't have a 1099R this year, since we took this distribution in 2017.  This is the second year of the 3 years the money was spread out to be taxes.
