Should I be worried? It has been 38 days since my tax return has been accepted and we have not received it yet.

In the years past, we have received it within the 21 days.  This is the first year it has taken this long.

Don't worry, although the average refund takes approximately 21 days it certainly take longer. This is normal. Provided for you below will be a way to track your refund as well as more information on why it may be taking longer.
