HELP!! Won't give option to deduct my fee from my return!!!

Had to file amended return to add self employment. Got to the end to the payment part & it doesn't give me the option to choose to take it directly from my return just gives credit or debit card option. I have a debit card BUT no money on it. Please why can I do?! The end of the season is almost over and I can't get this filled.

In order to amend your return you have to file by mail (except NY and VT). When filing by mail, deducting the tax prep fees from your refund is not possible.
