IL state efile $25.00 refund D

I paid for IL state efile and it got rejected 3 time. I was told to mail the IL state forms. I would like a $25.00 refund because i did not efile My order number TTDCRTA145996078. PLEASE REFUND MY DISCOVER CARD

This is just the public user forum and we can't help you with refunds.  Call in for a refund.  When you fill out the from use the word BILLING ISSUES instead of the word “refund.”

I'm confused you said fill out the form however link takes me right back to support FAQ questions not a form

You should get a Contact Us form.  Did you try during 5am-9pm Pacific time?   The link should give you this screen.
