I have not yet received my refund and I know I owe so I was wondering what the hold up was. I didn't receive a letter stating anything either. Can someone please assist?

If you're expecting a refund, the best way to track when you'll receive it is on the Where's My Refund page provided by the IRS, it's updated once a day. https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If you see a "processing" status and it's been more than 21 days since the IRS received your e-filed return, then you can call them at 800-829-1040 for more information about the delay.
