If you filed online:
If you do not see the return you completed, it is likely that you have a duplicate account. We allow users to set up
multiple user id's with the same email address so that multiple returns can be
filed, and it is very easy to set up another account.
To see if you have multiple user ID's, please try the following:
- Click the
following link: https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/
- Enter your
email
- Check your
email for a list of user Id's and the date last accessed.
***If you do not have more than one account or you see a box on the left to track your return, click Taxes at the top of the screen and go to Tax Timeline.
